30-Day Issue Reporting Window
If there is an issue with your order (damaged, misprinted, defective, or wrong item), you must contact us within 
7 days of delivery. We cannot accept claims made after 7 days. 

What Printify Covers (Manufacturing Issues)
Because our products are made to order through Printify, we honor their Merchant Protection policy:

  • Damaged or defective items – We will send a free replacement at no cost to you
  • Printing errors – Misprints or poor quality prints are fully covered
  • Wrong item sent – We'll replace it with the correct item

For these issues: Email us at [your email] with clear photos of the problem and your order number. We will request a reprint from Printify on your behalf.

What We CANNOT Accept (No Change of Mind Returns)
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size (please check sizing charts before purchasing)
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • The item doesn't fit as expected
  • The color looks different on your screen vs. in person
  • You found a better price elsewhere

Refund Process
If a replacement cannot be issued, Printify will refund the order amount to us, and we will refund you to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within [2-4] hours of placing your order. After that, production has likely started and the order cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping
We do not require you to ship items back for defects—just send photos. If an exception is made, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made the error.

Klarna Payments (Buy Now, Pay Later)
If you paid with Klarna: When we process a refund, Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly. For refund status or disputes related to Klarna financing, please contact Klarna directly. 

Shipping Issues
Once an order ships, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the order, contact the carrier first, then email us.
