1. Processing Time (Production + Handling)
Because every product in the Forever27 shop is made to order through our print partner Printify, your item is created specifically for you after you place your order.
- Production time: Please allow 1-5 business days for your item to be printed and prepared for shipment.
- Order cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin production the next business day.
- Custom or complex items: Some products (e.g., all-over print items) may take 3-7 business days. We will note this on the individual product page.
Why this matters: Being transparent about production time sets clear expectations and reduces "where's my order?" messages.
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We partner with Printify's global network of fulfillment centers. Carriers vary by destination but typically include:
- USPS (United States)
- FedEx (United States and International)
- UPS (United States)
- DHL (International)
- Local postal carriers (for international destinations)
Tracking is included on all orders unless otherwise stated on a specific product listing . You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (After Production)
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, estimated transit times are:

⚠️ Important: These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates .
For holiday seasons (November–December), please add 2–3 extra business days to both production and shipping times. Order early for Christmas delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Weight and size of items
- Shipping method selected (standard vs. expedited, if available)
Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (domestic only).
5. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states, including PO boxes and military addresses)
- International – Most countries worldwide
- Exceptions: We cannot ship to countries under USPS or carrier restrictions. You will see available destinations at checkout.
Customs, duties, and taxes for international orders: These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
6. Split Shipments (Multiple Items)
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different Printify fulfillment centers to get to you faster. You will receive separate tracking links for each shipment. There is no extra cost to you for split shipments.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Lost packages:
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order:
- First, check with neighbors or your local post office
- Contact us within 3 days of the delivery date
- We will work with the carrier to investigate
An order is officially considered lost after 30 days from the ship date for domestic orders, or 60 days for international orders . We will issue a replacement or refund after that point.
Delayed packages:
We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or other events outside our control. However, we will help track your package and communicate with Printify on your behalf.
Damaged packages:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy (you must contact us within 7 days with photos).
8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout .
- If you notice an error, email us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update it.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address .
- If a package is returned to Printify due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs before we send it again .
💡 Tip: We are not able to refund orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer .
9. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
If we ever offer pre-order items, the following applies :
- Pre-orders will be marked with the estimated shipping month
- Any order containing a pre-order item will ship when the pre-order items are ready
- Please order non-pre-order items separately if you want them sooner
- Pre-orders can be canceled before they ship
