1. Eligibility & Account

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, payment details) is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, policy violations, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

2. Products & Print-on-Demand (Printify)

All products in this shop are fulfilled through Printify, a print-on-demand service . This means:

  • Production time: Products are made specifically for you after you place an order. Please allow [2-7] business days for production before shipping.
  • Variations: Since each item is made to order, slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur between different production batches.
  • Quality control: We inspect all products before they leave our fulfillment partner. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within [14] days with photos.
  • Returns due to Printify errors: If Printify makes an error (wrong item, wrong size, printing defect), we will provide a free replacement at no cost to you. 

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments through Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later) and other payment methods offered at checkout .
  • Klarna Terms: When you select Klarna as your payment method, Klarna may perform a soft credit check and will handle your payment information directly. Your use of Klarna is subject to Klarna's own terms and privacy policy.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. You will be charged the price shown at the time of checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.
  • Processing time: [2-7] business days for production (Printify) + shipping time.
  • Shipping carriers: We use [USPS / FedEx / DHL / local carriers] depending on your location and the product.
  • Lost packages: Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because products are made to order through Printify, we have a limited return policy:

  • Change of mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (wrong size chosen, changed mind, ordered by mistake). Please check size charts carefully before ordering.
  • Defective or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
  • Wrong address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for lost packages. A re-shipment fee may apply.
  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, photographs, logos, text, and content on this website are owned by Forever27 and are protected by copyright laws .
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any design or content from this shop for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law :

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the total amount you paid for the order.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, emotional distress)
    • Delays caused by Printify, shipping carriers, or natural disasters
    • Damage to products caused by improper use or washing
    • Third-party services (Klarna, Printify, shipping carriers)

8. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by:

  • Natural disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes, pandemics)
  • Supply chain disruptions or Printify production issues
  • Carrier strikes, shipping delays, or customs holds
  • Government actions or legal changes

If such an event occurs, we will communicate with you and make reasonable efforts to complete your order as soon as possible.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
